    The white sauce is basically a super garlicky, olive-oil based sauce, and the red sauce is a marinara. The Veal Parmigiana is another dish I'd recommend. It's delicious and comes with 4 huge cutlets of breaded veal topped with marinara and parmesan cheese. The fried calamari, carmine's salad, and chicken marsala are other dishes I've tried.
